Based On What You require

We check on your house once every 2 weeks (minimum). We will e-mail you a report after each visit.

If we discover any problems that require attention – such as weather damage, vandalism, pest infestation, and mechanical or electrical malfunctions – we immediately contact you and if appropriate, local authorities.

As a Premium Service, we can help make arrangements for and oversee any repairs that may be needed. In Home Pet Sitters will disburse up to $500.00 to secure the home if you cannot be contacted

On each visit we will run the dish washer, flush toilets, do a complete walk through the house inside and out checking for the above listed items.
