- Q?WHAT TYPES OF PETS DO YOU PET SIT?
-
A.

- Q?I HAVE TO WORK LATE TODAY, CAN I SCHEDULE A WALK FOR MY DOG THIS AFTERNOON?
-
A.
If we already have your key and service contract, we will make every effort to accommodate you. We cannot, however, guarantee service with less than 24 hours notice.
- Q?I’M A NEW CUSTOMER, HOW MUCH ADVANCED NOTICE DO YOU REQUIRE?
-
A.
In order to guarantee service, we must have at least 2 days advance notice. This gives us time to schedule a consultation visit and meet your pet.
- Q?I’D LIKE TO USE YOUR SERVICES. WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
-
A.
Just give us a call 321-794-4477 or fill out the contact form on our contact page. We will schedule a free consultation with you and your pet so that we can all get acquainted. At that time, the pet sitter will describe our services in detail, and he/she will fill out a client questionnaire that contains valuable information about you and your pet. This information includes your pet’s feeding schedule, any medications they are taking, and exercise requirements. It also gives us valuable information about you, which will enable us to reach you or your vet should an emergency arise. Our pet sitter will then spend some time getting to know your pet. If you decide to use our services, our pet sitter will describe our contract. This contract describes in detail what you expect us to do, and when you expect us to do it. At that time you should have 2 spare keys to your residence ready.
- Q?WHY DO WE REQUIRE TWO KEYS?
-
A.
The sitter keeps one key and the home office keeps the other in a lock box. The reason is simple. If something happens to the sitter, we can get into your home to complete the visits in a more timely manner. We have a large staff of sitters available who are trained and aware of your specific needs. The keys are tagged with your pet’s name and an ID number. NEVER do we put the address or name of the client on the key tags!
- Q?DO YOU RETURN THE KEYS?
-
A.
If you choose us NOT to keep the keys, there will be and extra charge of $10.00 for trip involving picking up and returning keys. Remember that if we keep the keys we are available in an emergency to take care of your furry friends at the drop of a hat.
